Before we engaged with Streamline Analytics, all of our reports were in excel spreadsheets. It would take many hours to compile final monthly reports, and often these reports did not reach all the managers across different branches. Since we have been using Streamline Analytics, all key stakeholders now have a high level of visibility across performance metrics in all locations. This has given managers a chance to see what is happening in more granular detail. On the back of the initial success from using the platform, we have also added all Key Performance Indicators into the dashboard; this has saved a minimum of 2 days per month of manual calculation work.
