Before we engaged with Streamline Analytics, all of our reports were in excel spreadsheets. It would take many hours to compile final monthly reports, and often these reports did not reach all the managers across different branches. Since we have been using Streamline Analytics, all key stakeholders now have a high level of visibility across performance metrics in all locations. This has given managers a chance to see what is happening in more granular detail. On the back of the initial success from using the platform, we have also added all Key Performance Indicators into the dashboard; this has saved a minimum of 2 days per month of manual calculation work. At National Finance, we initially got together with Streamline Analytics to explore the idea of creating a sales dashboard to give us more visibility over the sales metrics within the business. The idea was that through improved visibility over calls, conversations, and lead flow, we would be able to identify critical areas for improvement and identify strengths that would lead to better process and more sales. These not only added value among the staff but added more value to clients by automating the calculations and functions I would typically perform. Allowing our clients to store and share information through API directly into our CRM. The dashboard created was the first of its kind in its offering to our clients and gave us a leg up when approaching referral partners for business.
